In the afternoon of Sunday the 24th of February between 12:00 and 14:00 GMT (13:00 and 15:00 CET) our vendor will migrate our UK1 hosting location to a new networking platform.
This is migration is done to increase performance and reliability of our service.

You might experience brief periods of unavailability of your TOPdesk environments hosted in that location while the migration is taking place.

We are currently experiencing problems on our NL3 hosting location. As a result, up to 5% of the TOPdesk environments in this datacenter are experiencing problems connecting to their TOPdesk database.
We are aware of the problem and working on a solution.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We aim to update this status blog at least every 30 minutes until the issue has been resolved.
