Maintenance on NL3 hosting location networking equipment

Our hosting partner will be performing maintenance on the networking equipment in our NL3 Hosting location between 18:00 and 20:00 CEST on the 19th of May 2019. This maintenance is done to mitigate a discovered security vulnerability in embedded firmware on several hardware components. 

During this maintenance we expect a 30 minute window where packet loss might occur and affect the availability of TOPdesk environments. TOPdesk Engineers will monitor the progress of the maintenance and investigate any disruption in environment availability.

Emergency maintenance 19 05 2176 on NL2 datacenter core switches

We are performing emergency maintenance on the core switches in the NL2 datacenter between 20:00 and 20:30 CEST tonight (09 May 2019).

This maintenance will cause a disruption of several minutes in the availability of your TOPdesk environment. Engineers will be on standby during this maintenance to fix any issues that may occur.

Every year TOPdesk SaaS services are audited by an independent external auditor to verify if our SaaS management systems are adequate for the desired goals, and check if procedures have been executed correctly. We have just renewed our certification.

Our hosting provider has announced emergency maintenance on the core routers in the NL2 datacenter between midnight tonight and 01:00AM CEST Saturday.

This maintenance may cause short interruptions in the availability of your TOPdesk environment. TOPdesk servers will continue running, so no data will be lost.

Maintenance 19 04 4699 on service architecture in all datacenters

Maintenance has been scheduled to further improve the availability and redundancy for several services. This maintenance was previously scheduled for April 5 - April 17th, but was postponed.

A staged roll-out process will be used while updating the services, updating our least used datacenters first, and gradually making the updated services available to more customers in each datacenter.

As these services have been designed for a redundant set-up and automatic load balancing, we expect no impact to end users. Service performance is already monitored, and will be reviewed with every step of this change.

The current schedule is to for the updates to be executed:
In our CA1 datacenter April 15th
In our UK1 and US1 datacenter April 17th to April 18th
In our NL2 datacenter on April 24th
In our NL3 datacenter between April 24th and April 30th.
