A manual error during routine maintenance caused the TOPdesk storage location for US customers to become misconfigured. The storage location has been updated to the correct value. In order to restore the upload functionality all TOPdesk environments in the US datacenter need to be restarted. This will cause up to 10 minutes of downtime for each environment. TOPdesk Support will schedule the restarts for all TOPdesk SaaS environments in the US datacenter.
