Our status page has been updated to a new format. You can still find it at http://status.topdesk.com/ .
This new status page provides a better overview of affected hosting locations during a disruption, and allows you to specify for which SaaS hosting location(s) you would like to be notified. The new page also has additional notification options such as text messages (SMS) and integrations to third party applications like Microsoft Teams and Slack (webhook).
We have transferred existing e-mail subscribers to our new status page. You can click 'Subscribe to updates' on the new status page to choose for which hosting locations you would like to receive notifications. By default all locations are selected, like in the current situation.
