Every year TOPdesk SaaS services are audited by an independent external auditor to verify if our SaaS management systems are adequate for the desired goals, and check if procedures have been executed correctly. We have just renewed our certification.

RESOLVED - Disruptions in week 34-36 2018

We are experiencing several physical host failures on our NL3 datacenter. We are in contact with our hosting provider to understand the nature of these hardware failures, and we will start a discussion about what can be done to decrease the impact of these failures in the future.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by these disruptions and want to make clear we do not take the disruptions lightly.
