SysAdmin Day is fast approaching, and we’re ready to start celebrating early! From resetting passwords to onboarding staff, System Administrators often spend tireless hours fixing problems to ensure a smooth work experience from the office or at home. It’s the perfect day to recognize service desk employees!
Last year, we asked you to nominate your heroes of the service desk to win a PlayStation 5. The response was phenomenal, with people across North America sharing stories about their office heroes!

A winner will be randomly drawn and screened for entry, then announced on the first week of August. The nominee must be a service desk worker, system administrator or an IT professional to win. Entrants must also be Canadian or US resident and have a Canadian or US address to enter. Remember, details matter to us, so tell us your IT heroes’ story in as much detail as possible. Good luck!
